## **Eligibility for Returns & Refunds**

- Return request must be made within **5-7 days** of delivery.  

- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.  

- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.  


❌ **Non-Returnable Items:**  

- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)  

- Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, etc.)  

- Custom/personalized products  

- Digital downloads or services  


## **Refund Process**

2. **Return Shipping** – Customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error.  

3. **Inspection & Approval** – Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund within **3-5 business days**.  

4. **Refund Issued** – Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.  


⚠️ **Note:**  

- Shipping fees are **non-refundable** unless the return is due to our mistake.  

- Refunds may take **5-10 business days** to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.  


## **Exchanges**  

Exchanges are only allowed for **defective or incorrect items**. Contact us immediately with order details and photo proof.  


## **Cancellations**  

- Orders can be canceled within **24 hours** if not yet processed/shipped.
